A Yeti Cooler and
a Hoodie

In March 2024, a swarm of bees landed at a local park in McKinney — and instead of walking away, I grabbed what I had: a Yeti cooler, a hoodie, and a trucker hat. That was my first capture. No proper gear, no training manual. Just curiosity and a healthy respect for something remarkable.

That scrappy afternoon at the park is where Home Sweet Honey was born. What started as one wild colony in a cooler has grown into a real operation — hives, harvests, and a genuine passion for bees and the raw honey they make.

We're a small family operation right here in McKinney, Texas. Our honey is raw and unfiltered — all the natural pollen, enzymes, and flavor intact. No shortcuts. Just honey that tastes like where it came from.
